It’s holiday! I went back to my hometown, and I’m home now since 23 July.
I’m improving myself well, but might be not my skill. I do work out, go to the gym almost everyday and drink the muscle juice (I think it causes allergic) try to build my body lean and toned. lol

Btw, Madonna new single ‘Celebration’ is available at itunes since yesterday, and this song is oh my god so groovy and fun, I cant wait to buy the compilation album Celebration, can’t wait until September. I really want the singles ‘Celebration’ and ‘Revolver’ become my theme song for my b’day on November

People do u know the function of being happy and release?
In my observation, when u’re happy and no pressure at all, u’ll get yourself gorgeous, it means u can get a healthy body and soul (but of course everybody knows that it’ll maximum with a healthy lifestyle as well). So people, leave your work and play, and… do it often!!
